[Done] Multidomain support

Postby bofh » 28 Aug 2008 01:18

Hello

I know theres still a hack out there for that but please do not forget also the new database support for this.

means there should be ONE database for the whole comming installation.
if user is alowed to see or not is another part. but it make no sense to have additional to every user datadir and own user mysql database.

i dont know if it isnt already made (cause ife some problems with the cvs version :-) i just wanna say that would be good to have a common database.

if needed we can do it with prefixes so we can use username or domainname as db prefix :-)

I am not sure what you mean. You simply need to point several installations to the same database. The cache function stores the domain for every entry and therefore all can live together with one database.
If you have only one commonly used installation, the issue is the same.
