There seems to be a problem with the recognition of the language in the software. This might be more complicated than I thought. I would recommend that you run in english for the time being. I will check what I can do to find the problem w/o accessing your server.

Thank you for attention, Oliver. Regular hosting - apache, php, perl, MySQL. Something with character sets, perhaps; might somehow be used file ".htaccess"?
Hi Oliver, I happened to investigate the problem. In Russia, the default servers issue a Web page encoded
in Windows-1251, so the betterawstats directory you want to make in ".htaccess" line "AddDefaultCharset UTF-8".
Then put in the checkbox editor language either auto or in Russian - everything appears normal.
